The Canadian Amateur Brewers Association have announced the details of two upcoming events that are open to both members and non-members. Advance tickets for both events are available now via the CABA website.
An Afternoon of Homebrewing
Saturday September 27th 2008
Time: 1 – 5 pm (Upstairs room at The Rhino – 1249 Queen St. W.)
Cost: $10 (Members) $20 (Non-Members)
In our past evenings, we have featured some of the best brewers from the Ontario craft brewing scene. Now we are going to showcase homebrewers and their equipment that keep the craft brewing spirt moving forward.
This evening will be all about the homebrewers, the ingredients they use, the methods they employ, and the equipment that makes great beer.
We will get the homebrewers and suppliers face to face, members are encouraged to bring along equipment they would like to show, trade or sell. We’ll have homebrew suppliers represented with tables of ingredients and equipment demonstrations. If you are or may be interested in homebrewing, or maybe you want to go to the next level, you won’t want to miss this day.
If you have anything you would like to present or sell, contact Kevin (president@homebrewers.ca) before Sept 20th.
