Since the Toronto International Film Festival is an event of tremendous cultural significance, the AGCO (Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario) approves certain bars and restaurants each year to extend their drinking hours until 4am. They’ve significantly expanded the number of bars and restaurants this year, so you can find places to drink late all over downtown.
