Brewmaster’s Dinner with Garrett Oliver

The Canadian Amateur Brewers Association (CABA) is pleased to present a Brewmaster’s Dinner with renowned beer and food pairing expert Garrett Oliver of Brooklyn Brewery.

The dinner will take place this coming Thursday, January 21st at the Rhino Bar & Grill (1249 Queen Street West, Toronto), and will feature the following menu:

Brooklyn Local 1 (Welcome beer)

An assortment of local cheeses, wild boar prosciutto, and game sausage
with Brooklyn Wild 1 (Local 1 aged in bourbon barrels with Brettanomyces yeast)

Thai curry soup
with Brooklyn East India Pale Ale

Caribou roast and market veg
with Brooklyn Local 2

Chocolate – s’mores
with Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout

Tickets are $75 for CABA members/$85 for non-members, and can be ordered via the CABA website.
