Nickel Brook and Cameron’s will be featured breweries at the Kitchener Holiday Inn and Conference Centre (30 Fairway Road South, Kitchener) for their annual and renowned Brewmaster’s Dinner on Friday December 19th from 7pm to 10pm.
The evening features 6 gourmet courses prepared by Chef David Goodwin. Each course is paired (and prepared) with an Ontario craft brew to match the flavours of the local ingredients. Representatives from the breweries educate the attendees on the beer for each course while Chef Goodwin discusses how that specific beer inspired the preparation.
The Kitchener Holiday Inn and Conference Centre have set the bar with regards to supporting local. The menu for their Market Grill is inspired by the popular local Farmers Market and offers a mouth watering array of culinary creations by their always creative Chef Goodwin. The Market Grill pours exclusively Ontario Craft Beers on tap and is a true representation of what the local community produces.
