The latest edition of the Brewer’s Backyard goes tomorrow, Sunday August 12th at the Koerner Gardens of the Evergreen Brick Works.  Entitled The Beer Jam, this Brewer’s Backyard complements Evergreen’s Wild Blueberry Festival with a celebration of fruit beers.

Mill Street Brewery is a part of the Brewer’s Backyard for the first time, and they will be bringing a series of fruit beers to celebrate the occasion.  First up, and it couldn’t be more fitting is their Blueberry Wheat.  Going along with this is their Frambozen, and a special cask of Wild Berry Ale (Frambozen flavoured with fresh blackberries).

Food will be provided by sandwich extraordinaire Fidel Gastro’s, and Indonesian street food pop-up Babi&Co.  See the Brewer’s Backyard web site for menu details.

The Brewer’s Backyard runs from 12-4pm in the Koerner Gardens of the Evergreen Brick Works.  The event is rain or shine.  Free admission and you can purchase tickets for food and beer at the event.  We hope to see you there!
