Blogging With Beaumont

Toronto-based beer writer Stephen Beaumont has recently expanded his online presence and joined the world of beer blogging (although it could be said that his well known World Of Beer website – which has been online for almost a decade – was a blog of sorts before the term was in common usage, but let’s not argue semantics).
His first foray into the so-called blogosphere started back in May when he joined several other beverage industry insiders for the group blog On The House. Beaumont’s contributions can be seen on their own here.
More recently, he’s started a solo blog at the drinks & entertaining website That’s The Spirit. His first three posts cover a visit to Le Select Bistro, some summer beer recommendations, and analysis of the recent marketing missteps of one of Canada’s biggest brews.
