March Tasting at Castro’s Lounge

Castro’s Lounge (2116 Queen St. East) will be hosting their next monthly beer tasting on Sunday, March 15th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Here are the details:
Beware the Ides of March!!!
If the soothsayer spoke of your death, and you believed him, what would you do? Probably drink a beer or eight. This month, on the anniversary of the other JC’s death, we commemorate the sad event with a beer tasting. The theme will be: “The eight beers I would drink if I knew I was about to die” by Chris Schryer. Varying from European Pilsners to Hoppy IPAs to Belgian Ales, there will be something for nearly every taste.
The tasting will be accompanied by an optional meal, perfect for a rainy spring day or the last day of Chris’ life: A nice robust bowl of chilli served with nachos and bread for dipping. The tasting is $35, and the meal is an additional $10.
