Recently I was lucky enough to sit down for a live conversation and morning beer tasting with Jerry Vietz, Brewmaster and Sylvain Bouchard, Beer Sommelier of Quebec’s renowned Unibroue.
The pair of them were in Toronto to promote the launch of the limited edition 6-litre releases of Unibroue 17 Grand Réserve and La Fin du Monde, and alongside trying out some of Unibroue’s great beers we discussed everything from the brewery’s past, present and future as well as the craft beer landscape in Canada and beyond.
