Homebrewer to Pro-Brewer:
An evening with Doug Pengelly of Saint Andre

Doug will be dicussing mashing techniques with practical demonstrations using his own homebrewing equipment. Bring along a sanitized container and take some home to ferment or use as a starter. Doug will also be building a wort chiller from scratch.
