The folks behind Toronto’s Festival of Beer have announced the details for a special holiday themed tasting event they are presenting later this month:
The 12 Beers of Christmas
Thursday December 14th
5-8pm
Casey’s (123 Front St @ York St)
Capacity is limited so don’t wait to RSVP!
UPDATE: The RSVP list for this event is now full.
Sip, savour and celebrate the season at “The 12 Beers of Christmas” beer-tasting event at Casey’s on Thursday December 14th, from 5-9pm. The Beer Store would like you to “Get to know beer!”, and so our favourite brewery retailer, as well as LibationNation.ca and Toronto’s Festival of Beer invite Libation Nation subscribers to attend this “one of a kind” tasting event-and we’ll pick up the $20 ticket! And we do mean “one of a kind”! You’ll have the opportunity to sample products brewed specially for the season such as Black Oak’s Nutcraker and Creemore’s UrBock. When the snow is gone, so are they! As well as other festive favourites to complement the many popular holiday activities and occasions. Serving roast beef? Try Wellington’s Iron Duke! Hosting the Boss for dinner? Impress with Stella Artois, and then serve Fruili Strawberry beer for dessert. Carolling with the neighbours? Keep a Harp handy, and afterward, warm-up with a Cameron’s Cream Ale fireside. Or take a 12-pack of Steam Whistle in festival packaging to the next cocktail party! Casey’s appetizers will be offered, and you will have a chance to win “The Ultimate Beer Experience” with the Professor of Beer, Roger Mittag! 19+ and please celebrate responsibly.
