Trafalgar Ales & Meads and Hockley Valley Brewing are both getting into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit with some seasonal-themed releases.
Trafalgar has teamed up with the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Society to release special commemorative label editions of Paddy’s Irish Red and Celtic Irish Ale which are available now at selected LCBO outlets in Toronto ($3.75/650 mL), as well as at the brewery. (Note: If you’re searching for inventory on the LCBO website, the Celtic is being stocked under the Elora Irish Ale SKU of LCBO 684894, while the Paddy’s is under it’s own SKU of LCBO 894824.)
Trafalgar is also giving advance notice that they will be doing a province-wide release for their Maple Bock in April as part of the LCBO’s spring beer promotion. This bock is brewed with real Ontario maple syrup, and was very popular in it’s initial limited release last spring.
And also coming soon to select LCBO outlets is Hockley Valley Stout. This limited edition release will be available in 1 litre swing-top bottles.
