HOPS! Beer Benefit Event for Oakville Historical Society and Oakville Museum

HOPS! – an afternoon of beer tasting to benefit the work of the Oakville Historical Society and the Oakville Museum – will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2009 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Studio Theatre, Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts.
Attendees will learn about the rich brewing heritage of the province and sample superb craft brewed ales from Trafalgar, Black Oak, Grand River, Wellington and Scotch-Irish representing the most popular styles of the 19th century.
Enjoy light refreshments, door prizes, and a performance by the Oakville Ale and Sword.
